To provide stronger and more transparent accountability of the police, the Sussex PCC webcasts her monthly Performance & Accountability Meetings with the Chief Constable of important decisions.

• the capital financing.
• the budget virements.
• the carry forward requests.
• the transfers to/from reserves.
• the Joint Transport stock write off £0.131m; and

Noted the revenue and capital outturn for 2022/23
