014/2013 Estates Strategy 2013-18

The Commissioner

a) approved the Estates Strategy 2013-18,

b) agreed the overall programme of works with an estimated net investment of £21m to be included in the medium term financial plan;

c) amended the capital and investment programme for 2013-14 which reflected the proposed investment for the programme of works for 2013-14; and

d) approved the marketing and disposal  of the sites at Sussex House, Grove Road and Slaugham Manor in line with the Acquisitions and Disposals Policy.
