019/2017 Revenue and Capital Outturn 2016/17, Reserves Transfers and Capital Financing

The Police & Crime Commissioner has approved the use or transfer of surplus/deficit on revenue and capital budgets in line with the Reserves Policy following review of the Outturn Report supplied by the Chief Finance Officer and Director of Finance.

The Reserves Policy requires an Outturn Report considering the use or transfer of surplus/deficit on revenue and capital budgets is presented to the Commissioner for approval. The report also sought approval for Capital Financing of the capital programmed.
