019/2021 Application for Pension Forfeiture

The Police & Crime Commissioner has considered a recommendation that following a certificate of forfeiture being granted by the Secretary of State to decide the proportion of pension to be forfeited in respect of an officer who was sentenced to two years imprisonment for the offence of misconduct in a public office.

The Police & Crime Commissioner has made the decision to forfeit 20% of the officer's pension entitlement.
