029/2021 Group Revenue and Capital Budget Monitoring to 30 September 2021

The Police and Crime Commissioner has approved:

[a] the net revenue budget forecast as at 30 September 2021;
[b] the capital budget forecast as at 30 September 2021
[c] the revenue and capital budget transfers (virements) – there are no revenue virements to approve
[d] the transfer the Pay and Price Contingency from the PCC to the Force

In line with the Financial Regulations that require that the Chief Finance Officer and Executive Director of Commercial & Finance Services provide regular reports of financial performance during the financial year and to seek approval for the transfer of resources between budget headings (virements) when they exceed the limits set out within Financial regulations.
