032 Sale of Former Newhaven Police Station, South Road

The Police & Crime Commissioner (PCC) has approved a decision to sell the former Newhaven Police Station to Lewes District Council.

The PCC owns the freehold site of the former Newhaven Police Station in South Road, Newhaven. The Facility was identified within the Estates Strategy 2013-18 for re-provision and Sussex Police operational services relocated into the new Newhaven Fire Station (Saxon House) along with Lewes District Council in January 2016.
