036/2019 Policy for the Forfeiture of Police Officers' Pensions

The Police & Crime Commissioner (PCC) has approved the policy for the Forfeiture of Police Officers' Pensions.

The policy sets out the procedure to be followed for the forfeiture of Police Officers' Pensions and has been drafted in accordance with the guidance set out in the Home Office Circular 18/2009.
