Home Office: Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Bill Consultation

The Home Office consultation on the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Bill outlines the Government’s comittment to protect the public from crime, serious disorder and anti-social behaviour by giving local police forces the ability to take decisions that fit the needs of the area they serve and to ensure that they are accountable to local people for these decisions.

The Bill will achieve this by introducing simpler, more effective powers to tackle anti-social behaviour that provide better protection for victims and communities.
